We have several programs for a variety of purposes, ranging from basic martial arts, self defense, to esteem and life skills building and more. We have worked hard to develop programs that will help realize these goals.
The tiny tiger program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 4-6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.
There are many reasons for kids to become involved in Martial Arts. We have developed a program based on traditional Taekwondo for kids. The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are, goals, self- confidence, attitude, Integrity, Friendship, confidence, self-awareness, self-esteem, perserverance, self-improvement, respect, and dedication.

Our adult and teen students acquire a strong foundation in the basics to enhance their physical capabilities and maximize their self-defense skills. Our students learn exactly what it takes, mentally and physically, to defend themselves or their loved ones should the need ever arise. At Sandoval's ATA Martial Arts, we are not interested in just teaching self-defense, we are interested in the complete personal development of each student.
Students in our Leadership Program are taking traditional Taekwondo to the extreme: ATA Xtreme. ATA Xtreme is an elite level of training that blends many martial art styles together with high-flying acrobatics and fast action! The goal of ATA Xtreme is to use the skills our students have developed and challenge them to become better then they thought possible.
ATA Fitness (Cardio Kickboxing 14 yrs and up)
An exciting and proven way to stay in shape while building self-confidence. ATA Fitness combines mid to high impact aerobics with martial arts in a fun educational environment. Unlike conventional aerobics you will gain the knowledge of martial arts. Our ATA Fitness instructors make it their personal goal to help you increase your coordination, flexibility and physical fitness while addressing the issues of self-confidence and self-defense.
